What is a crystal facial and chakra healing?
Thermotherapy is the application of either hot or cold to the body for the purpose of changing the physiological responses that are going on in the body to promote healing.
Circulation is rapidly changed with the use of hot and cold crystal stones. If circulation is increased, then so is nutrition and the way that every cell in the body functions. When using both hot and cold stones (crystals) you’re accelerating the exchange of blood and lymph in the body.
